Randall began painting as an outgrowth of his 40 years as a
photographer. Largely self-taught he has studied with many prominent artists including John Budicin, Michael
Chesley Johnson, Elizabeth Tolley and Frank Serrano. He
currently resides in San Diego and paints in Oils and Pastels. Of particular
interest to him are the natural landscapes of the deserts, mountains and coastal
valleys of the Southwest.
