I shot the photo for this painting while staying at a lovely bed and
breakfast just outside of the Bavarian themed town of Leavenworth.
I actually painted it while doing a demo of lovely Williamsburg oil
paints at Daniel Smith's vendor event in Seattle. It's one of those
events where any money you earn is immediately spent on cool supplies
seen at the next person's demo.
