I never grow tired of the brilliant sunsets at the Gulf Coast. The blazing sky dancing on the waves leaves no separation of earth and sky. Everything is one through color.This 12" x 24" oil painting was recently part of my featured show as part of the Galveston Art Walk at Third Coast Gallery on the island. It's full of thick, juicy impasto brushstrokes and layers of lush color.
