Original Watercolor Painting - Cityscape, Landscape, Seascape, Figurative Art

Original Watercolor Painting - I have been painting for 10 years now, I am inspired by post-impressionists and impressionists, as they loved to paint emotions and impressions! I paint paintings every day, as this is what I live for!

My favorite painting themes:

Figurative Art - I like to draw people in their habitat, this is a city, street scenes, intersections, cafes. In my watercolor paintings, I show how a person depends on the social environment and develops it.

Cityscape Painting - Since I love to paint Cityscapes. Of course, I take most of the beautiful places from my travels, because they open my eyes to the beauty of the world, new places, color of the city, architecture, old buildings and much more.
Basically I like to paint European architecture, cities such as: Paris, Holland, Italy, Spain, I like to paint the architecture of New York, California and other states.

Landscape Painting - I like to draw in nature, as I often travel, I draw many beautiful views in the open air, these are mountains and seas and forests. When I paint outdoors in nature, I feel reunited with nature. If you look at one of these my watercolor landscapes: Tuscany Painting, Italy Landscapes, you will see that I painted them from nature in nature.

Seascape Painting - I often paint seascapes, beaches, sailboats, as in the summer I go to rest in resort places and paint right on the beach or on the pier. I draw paintings from nature, on plein air. Often, I paint my watercolor landscapes using the Alla Prima technique, in one step.

ABOUT MYSELF
My name is Bogdan Shiptenko. I was born in 1994 in the city of Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine. Since childhood I loved to draw in my special notebook, where I liked to depict cartoon characters.
Every day I draw, and without it I can not draw for me it's like breathing. Most of all I love black and white graphics and watercolor painting. Black and white graphics I fell in love with since the University, when I was a second-year student, we had a summer practice, we went out to draw on nature (plein air), since then I loved to draw the urban environment and everything connected with it! My works are mainly devoted to the urbanscape. And that is what the spirit of the city, delicious food, cafe atmosphere, the architecture, the noise of the streets, change of weather, crazy street bustle, rush hour, etc etc due to the fact that I paint wherever possible, traveling to different cities and countries when I eat, or rest, and so on. In the process of drawing, I give myself fully, entirely to the process, because that's what I enjoy and what I live every day. I love watercolor painting for its transparency, expression. Watercolor is a magical material, as magic happens right when you draw it, it gives a lot of interesting effects that the artist does not expect and he would not have come up with them. In graphics I love to work out every stroke, I like to stroke with very thin tools creating fine lines, for this I use ballpoint pen, markers and other.
