I live in the small rural town of Blackstone, Ma. located on the border of Rhode Island. I am now retired and spent many years as a Dental Hygienist.
As a night student at Northeastern university working on a bachelors degree in health science I managed to squeeze in as many art classes- oil painting, drawing, graphic design- as possible. This began my creative journey in art.
I began painting in acrylic and later began to explore watercolor taking classes and workshops locally and in Maine, Cape Cod, Vermont, Rhode Island and Canada.
My love of color is what drives my art and the illusive quality of watercolor makes it fun and challenging.
