I am a Christian artist, inspired to illustrate the scriptures with watercolors, inks, acrylics, pencil,  charcoal, mixed mediums, and oil and cold wax.

I studied fine art at Orange Coast College, LA College of Art and Design, and UCI.

I have been teaching art for over 25 years and started selling my artwork professionally since the age of 16. I am a portrait and landscape artist and have done commission work as well as sell privately and in shows. I had personally designed  professional products that sold in stores for five years.

i have taught art classes to students ages 6 to 86! It is so exciting to see an artist blossom in his talent after learning all the tools available. I will always be a teacher and mentor but am also a lifetime learner! 

i have been privileged to serve in ministry for over 35 years and was able to design centerpieces and stage designs for the past 14 years.

My life verse is Colossians 3:17: "Whatever you do or say, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him." 

My goal is to bring Joy and Inspiration to viewers as they discover the truth of God's Word through my artwork.

Cathy is currently living in Lake Forest, California with her husband Bob, 1 dog and 2 cats.

She has 2 daughters, Ellie, and married daughter, Rachel, son in love Ken and two grandchildren, Ben and Gracie Rose.
