Kim Peterson resides in San Diego, California where as a primarily self taught artist she has studied at the university of California San Diego and the antheneum school of the arts in La Jolla, California.  Kim paints with a representational style in oil and acrylic with an emphasis on still life and florals, drawing her inspiration from her love of interior design and passion for her home and family. As a recent empty nester, Kim is finally able to pursue painting full time.
