Hi there, and thank you for visiting my Gallery Website! 

I had mostly been painting with acrylics during the last couple of years, and since Nov 2024 have been taking intensive art classes in oil and drawing with Milan Art Institute (MAI).  I'm now on a transformational artistic journey, and will be posting my newest creations here throughout the MAI program. 

I started drawing often as a young child, encouraged by my Mom who is an oil painter.  I continued drawing until High School, where I also took a printing course.  Most of my adult life I have worked with, and studied graphic design & digital media, and most recently have found my deepest passion in painting.  I grew up with my fine artist Mom being an oil painter and always having her own art studio wherever we moved to.  I graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Commercial Art in 1990 (American College of Applied Arts in London,UK & Los Angeles), and an Associate Degree in Web design in 2011 (CSN Las Vegas, NV).  

I live in South Florida with my husband, and also work as a flight attendant part time.  I paint and do art in some way every day, even while I’m on the road.

Originally born in Southern California, at 4 yrs old my Dad’s job took me & my family to live in Germany.  After four years in Germany, we moved to Spain, then London UK.. and after/in between we moved & traveled throughout Europe and across the US.  Growing up, I remember going to the many museums throughout Europe, and often being exposed to art in some way.

In May 2023 I picked up the Daily Painting book, and it changed my life.  The Daily Painting book and DPW website came to me at the perfect time, and both inspire and motivate me every day. Through DPW & the book, I also got my artist Mom's own website going, and now she's also painting daily!
