I love to paint- and I am quite proific!    My paintings would never be mistaken for a print as they are highly textured- often executed with a painting knife.    I like painting plein air or in the studio- wherever I can!  I do many, many small paintings and I offer my small paintings at a reasonable price as they are primarily to maintain and grow my artistic ability--or as studies for larger paintings. My paintings are primarily of rural landscapes, as I have lived most of my life in rural South Dakota and I find inspiration in the quiet beauty and familiarity of South Dakota's countryside.
