Trudi Green Smith is an artist, art educator, and proud mother of two boys. She is currently a high school art teacher in Pennsylvania, and she previously taught art on various levels in Virginia and Mississippi. Her paintings are in private collections throughout the US and also in Italy, where she studied art during college and also lived after college. Awards include an artist residency at the Anderson Ranch Art Center in Snowmass, Colorado, a teaching assistantship at Studio Art Centers International, and the Fulbright Memorial Fund Teacher Program in Japan. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where she studied fine art, communications, and art history, and the University of the Arts, where she earned her MAT in art education.
