This landscape was a combination of work from a photo with a bit of watercolor meditation thrown in. I love the soft colors of the southwest and I wanted to blend them with the photos I had from a vacation to the Ozarks. Something less abstract than the other pieces I had done but still loose and free to let the watercolor do its thing!
