Portrait Deliberate Practice Series 29/250
This is another take on the same guy I painted in the first "conflict" in this series. This time, I drew before painting and I used the inside-out technique in full blown Alla Prima! Just love the lessons I'm learning, especially with surfaces and with Oil colour, which is my most predominant medium in this series. This guy has a very powerful face, one can get too excited and play too much with his features. I hope to do one more of him in this series.
