Portrait Deliberate Practice Series 25/250
This one means a lot to me because I have learnt so much from this great man. He has really inspired me to greatness and excellence! I actually had a few dialogues with him while painting this and he told me to stop on time. This was painted on a little 5" x 7" canvas board in a clear Alla Prima approach. It was painted from a black and white photo, so I had to make up the colours from memory and experience.
