This is number 17/250. My Deliberate Portrait Practice Series.
I painted this guy because I loved his strong cheek bones and finely chiselled face. I couldn't quite get his resemblance and that's because the drawing wasn't that right. I tried to resolve it with paint but that seldom works. I'm still happy with the result.
