This is a piece I have worked on with graphite and Charcoal dust on extra heavyweight archival paper. I experimented with textures and really battered the surface to get an effect of rustic quality. I love faces, I love mystery behind moods in faces and The Sage is one of those faces that keeps me thinking what he was thinking when he modeled.
