Media: Watercolor on Arches #140 Cold Press Paper

This is another little plein air painting I just completed. It was painted along highway 280 near Stanford Dish of Palo Alto, where gentle rolling hills are decorated with patches of oak tress. I took artistic license with this one and greened up the hillside pasture to a lovely spring color -- right now due to the drought in California it is more of a yellow oche/burnt sienna color in reality. But, a brush can make wonders of spring happen in just a heartbeat! lol...
