We think of Ireland as a very green and wet country, and that's true over much of the island. However, in that part of the west of Ireland, known as the Connemara, you find a bit drier and muted green to brownish color. It's an absolutely beautiful region. So, it isn't surprising that on this particular evening, this couple would take a romantic stroll toward the wonderful sunset. What they might have done later is their business, not ours! Reminder of an upcoming exhibit: I will have approximately 40 oil and acrylic paintings at the East Greenbush Library during the entire month of November. The opening reception will be Sunday, November 3 from 2 to 4 pm. Joining me will be my dear friend, watercolorist Bill Bentley and his son Michael Bentley, a photographer. Please join us for the opening reception! The library is located at 10 Community Way, East Greenbush, New York.
