How many cat paintings with flowers are there? ...so add one more! This is my cat Lola and the beautiful bouquet my hubby bought me on Valentine's Day....both photographed backlit so I painted them together. I like to be authentic in my paintings but not at the expense of creativity and brushwork...I may try this again aiming for more looseness.
