While visiting The Lancaster Central Market a few years ago we left through one of the rear doors that exit to the alleyway. It was a cold crystal clear sunny January morning. These three gentlemen were walking down the alleyway; the bright morning sun dramatically lighting the wall in front of them. Thanks to smart phone technology a camera is always with me so this brief moment in time was captured to use as a painting reference.
