Mail Pouch - A gouache painting by Pennsylvania artist David Young According to Google, barns all across America started to advertise Mail Pouch chewing tobacco in the 1890's and eventually, by the 1940's, 20,000 barns had been paid to advertise the product. It's estimated that there are still about 2,000 barns showing the slogan. My painting is in gouache on illustration board, 7" x 8" I've left a 1" margin surrounding the painting to allow for matting. Full price of the painting is $155.00 and includes free insured shipping to any destination within the Continental US.
