Another plein air watercolor from the Serenissima. This term is also used for Venice. Serenus means serene, calm and relaxed. And that describes exactly what our painting week in Venice was about. From the Campo San Stin, we admired the posters of the upcoming local elections. Okay, and the Church. The Basilica is the largest gothic religious building in Venice.
This painting will be shown on the DAGGWS Watercolor Meeting 2016 in Ebersbach.
