Somehow I stranded in a big city fever.
Not only car traffic is dangerous here, but also the data-traffic. This shows a well-crafted "Scam-Mail" that I got last week. An English prospective wanted to buy two larger pictures. After extensive praise and other "artistic" demands came the desire to acquire the painting. It sounds a bit suspect to me that he did not want to make the deal via PayPal. Finally I got an unasked cheque from England about 5 times the amount. Now the alarm bells were ringing and I informed my auction platform and asked the almighty internet. The buyer answered, his accountant made a terrific mistake because he had been to busy since the birth of his chold and blah blah blah ... even more alarm bells! Then I found ten dozens of websites reflecting the exact dubious text of this email. Ultimately, I should cash the check and then remit the excess payment to another account. Conclusion: Fortunately, I had been taking care. I will continue to only accept cash and secure PayPal payments...
