My sketch subject on Sunday was the Aegidien Church in the center of Hannover. In 1943 the bombs destroyed the building during the air raids. It was not rebuilt. Today, the ruins serve as a memorial to the victims of war and violence. After many months of forced break, the Urban Sketchers Hanover finally met again. It was nice to draw together!
