This village has no river. But a “grown” staggering of the houses. You don't find that here in the north German lowlands. That's probably why people find it particularly beautiful. Dieses Dorf hat keinen Fluss. Aber eine "gewachsene" Staffelung der Häuser. Gibt es hier im norddeutschen Flachland nicht. Darum findet man's wohl auch besonders schön. This village has no river.
