This is the sweet Cocker Spaniel I grew up with...Bootsie. She loved to follow my horse, Pete, and I on our rides. When she got tired, I put her up in the saddle with me! Pete got so he wouldn't leave the ranch without Bootsie!! He'd look around for her, wait for her, then stretch his long neck down to Bootsie's level and touch noses. Then we could go!
