Such a delicate operation...HUGE beak vs. delicate, miniature beak. When I was watching the Eaglecam, I could not imagine how the parent could feed without damaging the baby's beak! Lol 😂 But God knows what He's doing! A moment of tenderness unfolds in the wild. This piece reveals the bond between a majestic eagle and its chick. The contrast of the mother’s powerful beak against the chick’s delicate form speaks volumes. It’s a reminder of the nurturing spirit found in nature. As I painted "I Think I Can Get This In There," I aimed to convey the intimate connection between parent and offspring. The eagle's watchful gaze and the soft vulnerability of the chick create a powerful narrative of protection and love. The size difference between the mother’s beak and the chick emphasizes the strength and care inherent in their relationship. Most of my originals are 5” x 7”. These little beauties fit anywhere: on a shelf, wall, countertop; they can be framed in a variety of ways or placed on a decorative easel. They also make great gifts!
