This was my view for hours at a time, back when parents didn’t have to worry so much. As we walked along, I would talk out loud about all my thoughts and feelings. Pete would seem to be listening intently, hanging on my every word! Oh, how I loved him!!! I grew up in the country and my parents finally gave in to my begging to get a horse.
