Media: Palette knife using acrylic on 8 x 10 canvas.
Size: 8x10 in
I couldn't resist painting this grumpy looking owl. He seems annoyed with all the cold weather, worse part is that he'll have to wait a few more months for Spring. This is my 12th winter scene painting, done using a palette knife on 8 x 10 stretched canvas. His house isn't very camouflage, but I just love red, so red is what his house is now. Snow was also added from the original photo to make it a winter scene. I kinda think it matched his grumpy mood too. Photo reference by Photographer Neil Finch from PMP. Comes varnished, with sides painted, a saw-tooth hook and Authentication Papers.
