This is the front of our favorite pizza and brew place. It's a micro brewery with some of the best pizza ever. We discovered it in Salida Colorado several years ago. We make a point of stopping there for lunch both on the way up to and the way back from my mother-in-law's home in Glenwood Springs. Sadly that means only 4-6 meals a year at Amica's, not nearly enough. We met the owner on one trip and found out she actually lives in Austin where we live. We begged her to open a second location here in Austin but I don't think she's going to. She thinks the competition is too strong, I think she's mistaken. Amica's is so much better than anything I've tried in Austin.
