I had to paint this birdhouse today, if nothing else to keep my husband off my case. He found it in my car this morning and wanted to know why I'd bought it. Actually I thought it was cute and it was only $8. I got it at the Anderson Mill Garden Club. One of their members makes them and sells them there. I took it to Qiang's and we made it part of our still life set up today. So now I can justify it's purchase and when we're tired of painting it, I can hang it up and it will make a great home for some little birds. Currently for sale at The Old Bakery and Emporium in Austin.
