As I drove to Temple today to pick up my paintings from the CTPS Annual Show, I really studied the play of light on the distant trees. Obviously as I was driving I couldn't do much more than try to consider how to portray them. but it did make me want to come home and paint trees. I was very pleased with the way this one turned out.
