Took this photo in Galveston in April. I was inspired to paint pigeons when I was in Virginia a couple of years ago and met an artist, Lynda D'Amico, who painted the most beautiful pigeon portraits. I believe she lives in New York and takes pictures of her neighborhood pigeons. Her paintings are amazing and I'm still kicking myself for not buying one of them.
