Last time PAA met in Gruene to paint, several of us had lunch at The Grist Mill, one of the landmark restaurants in the area. It's actually in an old grist mill with parts of the original walls. It's a very unusual building. There are lots of outdoor tables and it was a lovely day. I caught this waitress bringing out a tray of salads.
