So enjoyed the Plein Air Austin paint out at the Michaelis Ranch near Kyle, Texas. What a beautiful old ranch. The owner so so warm and welcoming although I kinda wished she hadn't warned me about the snakes (apparently the ranch has a lot of rattlers, copperheads, water moccasins and coral snakes) - all information I could have done without. Anyway, I kept to the open areas where I could see my feet and didn't see a snake, thank goodness. I've always been terrified of snakes.Will not be available for delivery until after July 6th and the end of the Plein Air Austin Exhibition at the Dougherty Art Center in Austin.
