The Texas Prickly Pear. The fruit is good but beware the stickers. Even the parts of the cactus that don't look like they have stickers, do. The little tiny hairs on the fruit can be some of the worst. They get stuck in you and you can't see them to remove them. This cactus was growing through a barbed wire fence so twice the danger.
