This is a painting of my cousin's girlfriend checking her phone before one of our dinners. I feel grateful that my family puts up with dinner sometimes turning into a photo shoot for artistic subject matter. I still socialize, though... I can talk and take pictures at the same time! Unfortunately I sometimes prevent people from eating right away if I see a potential painting.
