A giant snowflake welcomes you into this winter scene of a country house immersed in a snowy wonderland. I started painting the sky around the snowflake, then the roof and the rest of the house. The foreground of snow drifts, bushes, the steps and the walkway were painted next. The last thing I did was remove some of the red at the bottom of the roof, where the snow drift had accumulated.
