My studio overlooks this pretty creek providing endless painting subjects. The morning mist softly faded as the sun warmed the air. - Kathe Altazan Hicks Creek originates approximately one mile north of the Mountain Home city limits in the west central part of Baxter County. It flows southerly through Mountain Home about four miles prior to receiving the sewage treatment plant effluent. It then continues south for another 2.9 miles to its confluence with Big Creek which then flows 6.3 miles in a south-east direction to its confluence with the White River. - Friends of the North Fork & White Rivers My studio overlooks this pretty creek providing endless painting subjects.
