I modeled this portrait after a sculpture by Deborah Bridges. You can see her work on her website. She is a fabulous artist! I've called it "To Be or Not to Be" because he reminds me of the main character, Hamlet. I was thinking that it would be fun to try to make a realistic portrait of someone just by looking at a sculpture. How fun and inspiring. This is also part of the challenge for this month, September.
