I loved working on the “white” fur of this kitty and build it with cool lavenders and blue-grays, layered with warm pinks and yellows for depth and glow. I enjoy creating warm and cool shifts across the composition—within the fur, between the foreground and background, and among the various planes of light—to keep the viewer’s eye moving while maintaining a cohesive feel.
