This yarn art painting is a copy of an oil painting I did many years ago, purchased in Paradise, California; but I don't know where it is now. I created the original from my photograph of 2 potteries with geraniums in a friend's back yard. This painting is about texture, and creating an impression of the original using yarn as if it were large brush-strokes. This piece is framed in a handmade frame and ready to hang (that is why the price difference from those yarn paintings that are not framed yet do include a hanger.)
