That's not really so easy to do and to make them all work together but it sure is fun! This painting was inspired by several of Henri Matisses paintings. Music was an essential element of everyday life for Matisse: he played the violin, listened to jazz and other music on the radio and on his large record collection. ... His paintings often depict violins, tambourines and guitars.In the 1920s, many of his paintings portrayed his model Henrietta seated at the piano. Matisse maintained that he always selected colors that would follow his intuition and composed them in such a way as to stimulate intense feelings in the observer, also to balance pure and vivid colors in such a way as to arrive at an art of exciting serenity and resolution.
