First painting since the challenge! This is a symbol of what I'm looking forward to: Spring! This has 1 1/2 inch painted sides, so no frame is needed, and it also looks great sitting on a shelf! The background color is actually a very deep, rich plum color. It was hard to capture in a capture with my camera.
