I was introduced to this little owl during a lavender festival a few weeks ago. He is a little rescue bird taken care of by Raptor Inc, out of Milford Ohio. Whenever I think of animal rescue I think of dogs and cats. Nice to know someone helps out these beautiful creatures when they hurt themselves. He was so much fun to paint!
