I spent a day just taking photos of palm trees, I found them fascinating, so many beautiful colors and shapes. I loved painting them and trying to capture their spirit, they all tell a story. My new camera takes pictures with a blue tint and I haven't figured out how to correct that with post processing. This painting is on canvas on gatorbord with a custom made hard maple floating frame, natural wood color and urethaned. See more information on my frames on my website: www.MaryPyche.com. I don't know what the shipping cost will be. It weighs 1.6 lbs. The maple frame is weighty, the artwork on gatorbord is very light.
