I love day lilies. I have all kinds and colors in my garden. Last summer I was painting in my garden and this view caught my eye with the river and the woods in the background. Even though blue and orange are compliments, the sky and water were a very light gray, and it gives it the wilderness look I like. I then made a giclee of this and painted the water and sky blue on the giclee, and I'm glad that I left this original the way it was. I love day lilies. I have all kinds and colors in my garden.
