I painted this Plein air painting at Capitola Plein Air 2023 event. The venetian buildings are famous landmark in Capitola. They quite color full. I wanted to capture them without using overwhelming number of bright colors. So this vantage point gave my a nice balanced view that was framed by a bridged next to Venetians.
