A while ago I did these three oil sketches of baristas at a local coffee place. I always feel like there is something of a 'dance' or a 'theatrical aspect' to service done well. I am excited for restaurant workers who will be able to get back to work, and I am excited for us to be able to enter places, sit down, and then tip the socks off people who make our eating and drinking a lovely event!
