"Birds of A Feather Flock Together" I've had my grand daughter and her boyfriend visiting this past week, and I've figured out WHY kindreds 'flock together', and are attracted to each other. My grand-daughter is a fellow creative, and spending time with her really gets my creative juices flowing. For example, we went "thrifting" together and fed and buzzed off each other...made up stories on the spot about clothing and items...at one point, she brought me a dress and said, "This is soooo you Coco" and she was right! No need to try it on: color (check), comfy (check), oddly flattering (check)...I am wearing it right now! She layers clothing in a delightful mish mash of patterns and textures, and blows open my mind as to "what belongs with what". If you haven't hung with some "birds of a feather" lately, go ahead, seek out a kindred (bird) spirit and spend some time with them...especially if said bird is several generations younger! You'll be so glad you did!
