Media: acrylic +jack riches pastel on gessoed unstretched canvas.

Happy Flower Friday, "Blue Cactus" edition. I have been painting in acrylics lately because I ran out of materials to paint in oils. It's cool because they dry so quickly and then I can go back in with vine charcoal, and yummy Jack Richeson pastels. Also I painting big swaths of brown paper in acrylic paint to use as collage material and it is coming in handy as backdrop material for photographing my paintings. My newly made up Bible verse is "All things work together for good for those who love colors and paint"! XO Happy Flower Friday, "Blue Cactus" edition.
